I did a bit of library-spindle-shopping over the past few weeks and ended up with quite a nice pile to share…
- Complete Fairy Tales of Oscar Wilde – Oscar Wilde
- Boy Meets Girl – Meg Cabot
- In True Blood – Truman Capote
- Dancing Shoes – Noel Streatfeild
- Hunger Games – Suzanne Collins*
- Inkspell – Cornelia Funke
- Pathways – Jeri Taylor
- Shakespeare’s Sonnets – William Shakespare
- Going Solo – Roald Dahl
*Yes, I know, I’m very slow jumping on the bandwagon

At least you are on the bandwagon now! The Hunger Games is a great read!
Ooo Ooo start with In Cold Blood, Capote was so inovative and it is an amazing read!
btw abandoned the 'no new book' ban have we?
In Cold Blood is a really good book and I loved Ballet Shoes by Noel Streatfeild. Enjoy your new books!
In Cold Blood is good. And Shakespeare's Sonnets, I love those!
Musing/Mailbox Mondays
In Cold Blood is one of my all-time favorites. Capote is an unbelievable writer & it's his masterpiece for sure. hope you enjoy it & all your great finds!
Good ones! Neat to see some different covers.
I've just recently finished 'In Cold Blood'. It's frighteningly brilliant and chilling.
those books are great! Enjoy them!
What a gr8 mix of literary treats!
Ballet Shoes :}. I always think of You've Got Mail.
Happy Reading, Rebecca!
I really liked Boy Meets Girl....happy reading :)
Well that is one eclectic collection of books. I read "In Cold Blood" a while ago and was riveted. I think you'll like it ... but it is really disturbing how he gets in to the mind of the killers and the scene of the crime.
I still haven't read The Hunger Games either... of course, I'm sure I will soon.
What a great stack. Enjoy!
