Library Loot

library-loot

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Eva and Marg that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

And the library is open again! Yay! Bringing the firsts Library Loot of the year. My brother actually braved the heat with me today (without his card of course), so he managed to sneak some books into the pile as well.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

For me:

  • The Babysitter’s Club Graphic Novels: #1 Kristy’s Great Idea – Raina Telgemeir

  • The Babysitter’s Club Graphic Novels: #3 Mary Anne Saves the Day – Raina Telgemeir

And of course, no trip the library is complete without a trip to the ‘for sale’ spindle (for 20c each!):

Wish there are libraries around here too. Sigh. Enjoy your books!

Lots of fans of the John Marsden series around so that appears to be quite the bargain!

Enjoy your loot.

I just got a new digital camera, so it was fun to see Alex' books! :) I had no idea there were graphic adaptations of the Babysitter's Club! Crazy!

Great loot! I've been curious about those BSC graphic novels. At first I didn't think they could be any good, but I heard that they're actually really good updated versions of the originals.

Interesting loot! I'm probably going to get the Heather Brewer book soon too. Happy reading!
