Teaser Tuesday (August 3)

Teaser Tuesdays Teaser Tuesday is hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading.
  • Grab your current read.
  • Let the book fall open to a random page.
  • Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page.
  • You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
  • Please avoid spoilers!

Jacobs - Knit TwoThe Phoenix looked as if a grand salon from another century had been dropped wholesale and wedged into the compact storefront. Entering through the door was like being invited into a regal yet cozy private home of rustling skirts and tea parties, and Catherine’s ability to play the welcoming hostess was a strong attraction to her customers. Tuesdays: Teaser/Whereabouts

I read the first one at the beginning of this year (I think) or maybe the end of last. Hmmm...

Anyways, I picked up Knit Two because I was curious to see how the daughter (I forget her name) faired from book one.

Are you enjoying the book? Can't wait to hear the verdict in the end!
